The vinification is done, in concrete vats with care, to keep the fruity side, as Fabien Jouves likes to do. A dominant of Malbec, the king of Cahors grape, with a touch of Merlot and Cabernet franc gives pep to this wine. We will find aromas of red fruits such as raspberries and strawberries.
 An organic wine with a rather nice name if you have a message to pass on to your friends 😉 .
